Q How do I place an order?
A Once you have found the product(s) you wish to
purchase click Buy to place the item in your shopping basket.
When you have finished shopping and selected all the products you wish to purchase, follow the link to checkout.
This will take you to our checkout process where you will:
- Review Order
- Select delivery method
- Enter/review billing and delivery addresses
- Enter payment information and place your order
Q What is the latest I can order for next day
delivery?
A Our cut off for next business day delivery is
4:00pm, Orders received on Friday after 4:00pm, Saturday and Sunday
will be despatched the next working day.
Q Do you deliver at weekends?
A Saturday delivery is available by special
arrangement only and will incur a charge.

Q How much will delivery cost?
A Delivery is free to most areas of Kent
for orders over £50, subject to our weight restrictions.
Delivery charges on all orders will be calculated at
checkout.
Please note that we offer delivery to the UK mainland only.

Q How do I open a Business Account?
A You can apply for a free 30-day credit business
account. Please contact Accounts on 01227 363623 for an application
form.
Q What happens if we cannot deliver the product
you have requested within the lead-time published on our
site?
A We endeavour to keep you informed by email &
telephone of any problems incurred in placing or dispatching your
order.
Q Can I pay by cheque?
A Unfortunately we do not offer this payment
option for orders placed on this website. If you want to use this
method of payment please call us on 01227 363623 for advice on how
to place your order.
Q How do I return a product?
A Please call Sales on 01227 363623 to arrange
collection.
Q What if I have a short delivery or picking
error?
A All shortages/picking errors must be reported
within 2 working days.
Replacement goods will be despatched same day as notification.
Q Can I return a product that I no longer
require?
A Please contact customer services on 01227 363623
within 7 days of receipt of goods to arrange collection.
Please remember the item(s) must be in the original packaging and
in a resaleable condition.
Q What if I can't find the product I'm looking
for?
A Please use the contact us tab and email us with
a description of the product and we will endeavour to find the
product for you and will usually contact you within 24hrs.
Q I think a product is described wrongly, what
should I do?
A Please go to the contact us tab and email sales
with a description of the error. We will correct the error as soon
as we possibly can. We thank you for your assistance.
